CNC Lathe Operator Job Details:

• Schedule: 1st Shift 6a-4:30p; 2nd Shift 4:30p-3a
• Location: Bridgeview, IL
• Pay Rate: $25+ per hour, based on experience
• Full Benefits: Health, Dental & Vision insurance
• Paid Time Off
• 401K Plan

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate machine tools as needed.
• Review blueprints and specifications to determine part dimensions and tolerances.
• Adjust controls for machining factors like speed and feed.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
• Follow safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Proficient in English.
• Completion of a machinist apprentice program or equivalent.
• Knowledge of tool geometry and machining effects.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
