Responsibilities:

1. Direct Care: Provide compassionate assistance with activities of daily living, ensuring the well-being and comfort of clients.
2. Adaptability: Embrace the diversity of assignments, offering support to various facilities and teams as needed for staff relief.
3. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow caregivers and healthcare professionals to maintain continuity of care and meet the unique needs of each client.
4. Communication: Keep accurate and detailed records of care provided, communicating effectively with the care team to ensure seamless transitions.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a caregiver in diverse healthcare settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and routines.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to caregiving.
• Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Must have an AHCA level 2 background screening.
