Key Responsibilities:

• Provide care and support to residents with impaired abilities under a licensed nurse's supervision.
• Follow physician orders and report changes in residents' conditions.
• Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and meal preparation.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain certification.

Requirements:

• Must be a licensed S.T.N.A. and possess a CNA certificate.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work harmoniously with others.
• Physical capability to lift and assist residents as needed.
