Job Description

This travel LNA must enjoy working with the Geriatric patient population, including end of life care. There will be lots of walking in this very large and spread out facility, and there is very good opportunity to engage one on one with residents

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• 2%2B years experience - Required
• Geriatric patient experience - Required
• Travel experience - Preferred
• TEMP NH LNA license in effect - free of charge and results within days after applying

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• BLS

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

• New Hampshire
• Compact Allowed

ABOUT THE FACILITY
The LTC facility is an independent and assisted living retirement community. It is a unique place where those 62 years and older enjoy a thriving environment in peaceful surroundings; where there are nearly endless opportunities to socialize, yet privacy is valued; where independence is encouraged, yet assistance is always available.

Our residents enjoy living in spacious apartments with full kitchens. 1 bedroom apartments are typically 600 square feet and 2 bedroom apartments are typically 800 square feet.

While each resident has the option for wide range of support from our staff, we pride ourselves on being able to provide the best level of caring assistance to our residents to enable them to live happily in their own apartments with their spouses and/or pets.

For those who need a higher level of support, there is a small 7 apartment neighborhood located within the facility. The unit unit specializes in dementia and Alzheimers care. We provide an inviting, warm and supportive environment geared to the unique needs of our residents. Residents participate in specialized activities through our dedicated life enrichment program. They may also participate in many of the activities and events that occur regularly at the facility. Social integration and meal sharing can take place. Quality of care is our highest priority, and we exceed normal staffing ratios.
