**Shift:** Days (6:30 AM – 7:00 PM, 12-hour shifts)
**Schedule:** Full-time, 36 hours/week

**Key Responsibilities:**

Assess and monitor residents' health status.

Develop and implement care plans.

Administer medications and treatments.

Educate residents and families.

Maintain accurate records using EMR systems.

Support floor staff for quality care.

**Qualifications:**

Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Valid RN license in North Dakota or compact license.

Current CPR/BLS certification.

Strong leadership and communication skills.
