CNA / Certified Nursing Assistant - Hospice. - Grane Home Health & Hospice.

We are seeking a full-time Hospice Aide/CNA to provide essential personal care services to patients in a home setting. The role involves working Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, supporting patients' needs with compassion and respect.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in patient conditions.
• Assisting with mobility and exercises as directed.
• Maintaining a clean and safe living environment.

Qualifications:

• Completion of state-required training and experience in personal care.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
• Current CPR certification and a calm demeanor in patient interactions.
