CNA / Certified Nurse Assistant - The Californian

We are currently seeking compassionate and committed full-time CNAs. The right candidate will receive competitive pay and benefits. We have both morning (AM) and evening (PM) shifts available on a 4/2 schedule.

Job Duties:

• Aid residents with daily tasks like bathing, dressing, grooming, and using the restroom.
• Assist residents in moving to and from activities and meals as outlined in their individual care plans.
• Serve meals to residents either in communal dining areas or their residences.
• Document and communicate any changes in residents' eating patterns to the supervisor.
• Uphold service quality standards in compliance with company, state, and federal guidelines.

Requirements:

• Valid California nursing assistant certification.
• CPR and first aid certifications are advantageous.
• At least 1 year of experience in a nursing home, acute care facility, or in-patient rehabilitation or behavioral health setting.
