In this full- or part-time direct care position, you are responsible for the hands-on delivery of care and assistance with daily living activities. You come in for the day shift and help senior residents with bathing, dressing, toileting, and getting them meals. As you provide nursing and caregiving services, you also lend companionship. You offer direct care in a manner that meets or exceeds expectations.
After visiting with residents, you document the services that were delivered. Anytime the nurse on duty gives you a new task, you happily get it done.
