GA Foods is hiring a Computerized Maintenance Management System Coordinator (CMMS) for our headquarters location in St. Petersburg, FL.
The CMMS will be responsible for providing administrative support to maintenance staff, maintaining an inventory of equipment and applicable job plans, as well as the scheduling of corrective and preventative maintenance and the tracking of completed work orders.
The individual in this role will work under minimal supervision, and must have experience with data entry, be detail oriented and enjoy working with routine tasks. The CMMS must have strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft World; with demonstrated experience with reporting features; Business systems knowledge and familiarity with the Fiix system, and maintenance and parts purchasing experience in food service industry with CMMS are preferred assets.
Maintenance Management System Coordinator - Essential Duties:
- Provide administrative support to Maintenance Staff, including but not limited to: Operating computer maintenance management system (Fiix); Scan and upload invoices into NAV system.
- Create IPM.
- Process Maintenance Work Orders. Issue routine and corrective work orders, track to ensure timely completion, close out work orders and bring forward outstanding items or anomalies as required.
- Purchase parts for repair of equipment.
- Pick up parts for repair of equipment
- Schedule equipment repairs with management and vendors.
- Maintain equipment inventory. Enter data for new and existing equipment, maintain spare parts inventory, generate labels.
- Develop and update preventive and predictive maintenance schedules or job plans; track and record production downtime related to equipment problems.
- Distribute and coordinate the preventative maintenance schedule with the production teams, generate and distribute the schedule(s), amend and track changes as may be required.
- Generate customized, standard and ad-hoc reports and graphs as requested by management, ensuring they are issued within required time frames. Maintain complete and detailed recordkeeping.
- Perform Administrative Duties, including faxing, photocopying, and providing overall CMMS program support to the maintenance team.
- Track and record the wastewater calculations, maintain check and balances report and provide them to the City of Largo as required by management.
- Other duties assigned by management.
Maintenance Management System Coordinator - Skills and Qualifications:
- Post secondary education or a combination of related work experience required.
- Strong computer skills. Demonstrated working experience with Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, with emphasis in reporting.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize, with demonstrated experience working with deadlines.
- Possess strong customer service skills.
- Detail and process oriented.
- Must have Valid Drivers License
- Possess solid communication skills, both written and oral.
- Able to work in a large team environment and build cooperative, collaborative relationships with field teams.
- Able to present information and training in a team setting.
- It is required to work a full-time scheduled shift (8:00 am -4:30pm) with overtime at times when required by management for special projects.
