CMM Technician - MSI Viking

As a Field Service Technician at MSI Viking, you will be responsible for servicing a variety of machines including but not limited to optical comparators, vision systems, hardness testers, and microscopes at customer sites. You will perform installation, calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure they operate accurately and reliably. This includes mechanical, electrical, and software components. Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a calibration service technician or equivalent
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with various metrology brands and software, such as Starrett, Micro-Vu, or Mitutoyo
• Proficient in reading and interpreting mechanical and electrical diagrams
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and travel to customer sites in company vehicle
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Associate degree or technical certification in a related field is preferred
• Valid driver's license
