CMM Programmer at Reliance One, Inc.

Job Requirements

• Develops, qualifies, and maintains programs for inspection routines
• Inspects and approves first piece at start of production
• Inspects and approves final inspections prior to delivery
• Reads blueprints to determine specifications and tolerances for a variety of milled, and fabricated weldments
• Ensures that containment activities take place when discrepancies are identified
• Work with Production leads to relay and interpret inspection findings
• Review and refine data collection requirements according to customer drawings, models, work orders, purchase orders, sketches and PPAP requirements
• Participates in the corrective action and preventative action processes
• Participates in Gage R & R Studies
• Utilizes a wide variety of inspection tools to complete dimensional reports

Job Qualifications

• This candidate must have experience with Polyworks software
• Must have prior experience with setting up and running CMM machines
• Must be able to work overtime as needed
