We are seeking a passionate and dedicated CMM Inspector to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This permanent role is a fantastic opportunity to bring your expertise in CMM inspection to our high-performance environment where you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and precision of our products. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining the Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) and other measuring tools to inspect and validate manufactured parts. This role demands a keen eye for detail, high accuracy, and a thorough understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles.

Responsibilities
1. Operate, calibrate, and maintain CMM equipment to ensure optimal performance.
2. Conduct detailed inspections of manufactured parts using CMM to ensure adherence to design specifications.
3. Interpret and analyze CMM inspection results, identifying any deviations or discrepancies.
4. Utilize PC-DMIS software to create, modify, and execute CMM programs for inspections.
5. Apply GD&T principles to accurately measure and inspect complex geometric parts.
6. Prepare comprehensive inspection reports, documenting findings and providing recommendations for improvement.
7. Collaborate with the manufacturing team to address and resolve quality issues.
8. Participate in regular quality audits and assist in the implementation of corrective actions.
9. Continuously monitor and improve inspection processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
10. Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications
1. Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a CMM Inspector in the manufacturing industry.
2. Proficient in operating and programming CMM using PC-DMIS software.
3. Solid understanding of GD&T principles and their application in inspection processes.
4. Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
5. Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
6. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
7. Excellent communication and reporting skills.
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
9. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions.
10. Knowledge of quality standards and compliance requirements in the manufacturing industry.
11. A degree or certification in a relevant field would be considered an asset.
