Job Summary:
The Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) will support patient care through accurate data entry, patient registration, and insurance verification. The role requires effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare professionals while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities:

Assist healthcare providers in delivering quality medical care.

Perform accurate data entry for patient accounts and charges.

Verify insurance and record statistics.

Schedule appointments and manage communication with patients and providers.

Complete other assigned duties.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

1 year of medical office experience preferred.

CMA certification required.

BLS certification from AHA required.
