• As a member of the Infrastructure Operations organization, you will combine your proven expertise with a never-ending quest to create innovative solutions. You will use your technical skills and industry experience in Application Support, Automation, Customer Experience, and operational knowledge to deliver secure large scale Solutions. You will embrace leading-edge technologies and methodologies that solves business problems.
• We are looking for a Cloud Support Engineer, with strong Linux and Windows administration skills. You will provide first\Second level support for operational issues, perform deployments of existing engineering patterns, engage Application Teams for requirements gathering, and perform operational processes to validate and ensure the health and capacity of Client's cloud platform. The Cloud Support Engineer will also collaborate with Cloud Engineering in the development of engineering patterns, deployment specifications, and enablement of patterns through the DevOps automation pipeline. You will be responsible to help identify, build and implement solutions to increase stability, reduce toil and improve overall customer experience.
