About the Job
As a Cloud Solution Architect in the Culture and Cloud eXperience (CCX) team, you will create solutions focused on people and process enabled by Microsoft technology. In this role, you will focus on data governance, modeling, and engineering as part of an Agile, DevOps team developing automation solutions using Microsoft Cloud, AI, and Power Platform. The role requires technical and business acumen with the ability to identify business problems and/or inefficiencies in order to develop data solutions managed through operations that meet stakeholder needs.

**Responsibilities**
+ Drive development and maintenance of the strategic plan for data governance including managing data governance processes and tooling, and serving as the single point of contact for data governance-related inquiries incoming to the team.
+ Define how data will be stored, consumed, integrated, and managed by different data entities and IT systems, as well as any applications using or processing that data.
+ Translate business requirements into technical specifications, including data streams, integrations, transformations, and databases.
+ Define the data architecture framework, standards, and principles, including modeling, metadata, security and compliance, and reference data.
+ Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders across teams to assess data requirements and costs, and negotiate agreements with partners and system owners to align on project delivery and data ownership.
+ Participate in development planning, build, implementation and operations of solutions.
+ Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and customers to create partnerships while understanding impact, satisfaction, and overall feedback.
+ Mentor other team members to help them grow their skills and knowledge.
**Qualifications**
**Required/Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.
**Additional or Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 6+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.
+ Multiyear experience in data governance, architecture, and modeling.
+ Multiyear experience with data integration, transformation, and consolidation.
+ Multiyear experience with DevOps and Agile methodology such as SCRUM.
+ Proficiency in data security and compliance including global regulations such as GDPR and industry standards such as PCI DSS.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Cloud technologies and products such as Azure AI and Power Platform.
+ Ability to perform in ambiguous situations and an incubation environment.
+ Excellent communication skills with an ability to effectively adapt messaging for various audiences.
+ Proficiency in SQL and experience with NoSQL databases.
+ Technical certifications (e.g., Azure, Security, Power Platform).
+ Proficiency with web services and APIs (REST, swagger)
+ Proficiency with Azure DevOps and GitHub
+ Data / Information Privacy certification
+ SCRUM or SAFe certified.
+ Experience working with modern technologies such as Microsoft Azure, M365, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
+ Fluency in written and verbal English is required
Cloud Solution Architecture IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $101,200 - $194,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $130,000 - $213,200 per year.
