Cloud Services Engineer - Intel

In this role, you will have the opportunity to innovate, develop software using Golang and work with Kubernetes ecosystem to deliver managed Kubernetes offering. Are you ready to join us? As a Cloud Software Engineer, you will: + Design, develop and maintain highly scalable managed Kubernetes offering in a cloud environment. + Design, develop and maintain highly scalable, available APIs and microservices to provision and manage services. + Ensure the security and compliance of services, adhering to industry best practices. + Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to services. + Collaborate with technologists and services teams across Intel to implement solutions. An ideal candidate would exhibit behavioral traits that indicate: + Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. + Excellent written/verbal communication skills. + Ability to effectively collaborate across various teams and Innovate. **Qualifications** Qualifications: You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research, and relevant previous job and/or internship experience. Minimum Qualifications: The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science or related field and 6+ years of experience -OR- a Master's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science or related field and 3+ years of experience in: 5+ years' experience in below areas: + Solid understanding of Application software and system software concepts + Designing and operating distributed systems + Design and development of APIs and microservices in Golang + Strong Kubernetes - hands on in deploying and managing clusters Preferred Qualifications: + Programming languages (Go, Python, etc.) + Infrastructure as code (Ansible) + CI/CD and DevSecOps concepts **Inside this Business Group** Enable amazing computing experiences with Intel Software continues to shape the way people think about computing - across CPU, GPU, and FPGA architectures. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. **In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.**
