Job Description: The Cloud Engineer is responsible the design, configuration and operational aspects of Cloud based core services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud infrastructure, with specific experience in AWS or Azure. Additionally, the candidate should possess expertise in cloud automation tools and infrastructure as code, such as Terraform or Ansible. Additionally, the Cloud Engineer works closely with the firm to understand business requirements, identify priorities and develop roadmap and implementation plans for cloud-based solutions. * Complete lifecycle management of key infrastructure systems in the cloud: * Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS or Azure. * Utilize cloud automation tools such as Terraform or Ansible to deploy and manage infrastructure as code. * Collaborate with development and operations teams to design and build continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. * Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency. * Ensure security and compliance best practices are followed in all cloud deployments. * Provide technical guidance and support to other team members on cloud infrastructure and automation tools. * Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in cloud technologies and automation tools. * Respond to leadership strategies or business requirements by designing, planning, building, supporting and maintaining infrastructure using a 'cloud first' approach. * Assist with strategic and tactical technology projects as required * Apply technical proficiencies in cloud systems to defined project objectives. * Adhere to d
