Job Description:
Cloud Engineer role will be to build, design, deploy, maintain and lead the implementation of Cloud solutions across multiple public cloud offerings. This is a "hands-on” position requiring technical architecture design, distributed systems, infrastructure migration and deployment strategies. This is a hands-on role to include a variety of focuses from workload migrations, hybrid-cloud solutions and automate CI/CD pipelines. Will be responsible for transformations with Google Cloud Platform, AWS, and Azure.
Cloud Engineer will plan, analyse, design, test, and deploy enterprise scale cloud infrastructure solutions. You will be a technical subject matter expert on both cloud and on-premise IT systems. You will apply functional knowledge and technical expertise in the Google Cloud Platform, AWS, and Azure cloud offerings and promote innovative solutions to our customers. You will develop relationships with key customer stakeholders to help them achieve their business goals.

Requirements:
- Build, design, deploy, maintain and lead the implementation of Cloud solutions across multiple public cloud offerings, Google Cloud Platform, AWS, and Azure
- Need candidate with Infra background and have migration experience. Expertise in Google Cloud Platform, AWS, and Azure public/private cloud architecture domains
- GCP, AWS, and Azure Cloud Certified (in one then 2 or holds Professional designations such as Associate Cloud Engineer or Professional Cloud Architect).
- Demonstrated experience with successful implementation of complex GCP, AWS, and Azure or cloud architecture solutions.
- Experience migrating workloads from on-prem to the GCP, AWS, and Azure to include provisioning targeted infrastructure and executing cutover plans to minimize system downtime.
- Have worked in production systems for networking, VPN's, servers, databases, firewalls, load balancers and maintaining systems in virtualized environments.
- Proven experience understanding of architecture principles across infrastructure platforms, security, data, integration and application layers.
- Must have strong working knowledge of VMware, Hyper-V or other virtualization software.
- Previous Linux administration on a variety of distributions.
- Good experience with IaaC solutions using tools like Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Salt and Packer.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 6+ years working with GCP, AWS, and Azure platforms
- Experience architecting cloud infrastructures on GCP, AWS, and Azure for small, medium scale and enterprise level applications
- Certifications on Amazon Web Services, including Solutions Architect, Developer, Google Cloud or Azure are highly desirable
- Specific experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), including VPC, EC2, Network, ELB, EBS, EMR, Redshift, RDS, and IAM
- Knowledge of the primary AWS services (EC2, ELB, RDS, Route53 & S3)
- Expert level knowledge with AWS design, architecture and services (EC2, IAM, S3 etc.)
- Good knowledge of security (SAML, OAuth, OpenID, Kerberos, Policies, entitlements etc.)
- Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile/iterative methodologies required
- Integration of cloud services with on premise technologies from Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, Client, SAP etc.
- Large scale migration experience Data Center to Data Center and/or Data Center to Cloud
- Infrastructure automation through DevOps scripting (E.g. shell, Python, Ruby, PowerShell)
- Experience with configuring software defined networking and security configurations, including security groups and ACLs
- Utilize native Azure services to meet the firm's technology and resiliency requirements
- Integrate Azure management tooling with MLP including automation of spin-up and spin-down and billing approvals
- Design and implement data protection options, including HA and BCP protection in Azure
- Setup Cloud VPN connectivity between On-premise and AWS with static Routes
- Setup Organization Policies for restricting capabilities within GCP
- Setup integration with Active Directory to provision users/groups
- Setup integration with Ping federation
- Enable one or more of following GCP Native Security Services
- Cloud Anomaly Detection
- Cloud Data Loss Prevention
- Cloud Key Management service
- Cloud Audit Logs
- Cloud Security Command Center protection
- Ability to Migrate ( VM Ware and/or AWS ) Virtual Machine to Google GCP
- Ability to implement unified Services Catalog that allow customer to Pick at least 2 Software and provision in either provider Platform (GCP and AWS)
- Integrated Financial Management ( for both AWS and GCP )
