Cloud Engineer

We are seeking a Cloud Engineer, focussing on the automation and integration of AWS cloud services across an enterprise scale group of companies which includes a number of household name organisations.

You’ll join a centralized team of Engineers, responsible for providing solutions across the portfolio group. Working closely with stakeholders from various parts of the group to gather requirements, and translate them to technical solutions.

You’ll take ownership for designing and developing automated cloud solutions and cloud system integrations, ensuring smooth integrations between business systems and AWS cloud services. Whilst designing and building automation scripts (Python & .Net environments) to streamline processes and will be given the autonomy to look for, and solve process challenges across the group using automations.

We are looking for a Cloud Engineer with:

• Production experience of AWS, preferably in large scale or enterprise environments
• Strong coding ability, preferably in both Python and .Net environments
• Demonstrable experience automating cloud services to improve performance and processes, and integrating wider business systems with AWS

Location: Houston on a hybrid basis (majority in office)

Compensation: Flexible base salary depending on level + strong benefits package
