ABOUT OUR CLIENT

• Our client is a leading retail company based in Monroe, WI
• They are seeking a Cloud Database Engineer to join their cloud engineering team
• The company offers excellent benefits and a collaborative work environment
• This is an onsite position

• Compensation: $140,000 per year + bonus potential

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE CLOUD DATABASE ENGINEER

• Design and maintain relational and non-relational databases in cloud environments
• Perform database administration, monitoring, and maintenance
• Implement database security and compliance measures
• Optimize database performance and troubleshoot issues
• Develop automation scripts and implement infrastructure as code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on database solutions

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE CLOUD DATABASE ENGINEER

• Database administration and architecture experience
• Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL
• Experience with Windows and Linux environments
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
