Job Description:
- 12+ years industry experience, at least 3+ years managing Cloud-based programs.
- Familiar with Cloud Platform & Technologies with sound knowledge on all the product/services
- Good Knowledge of one of the cloud platforms – Azure, AWS, GCP, PCF is a must
- Must Have sound Knowledge in Google Cloud Platform
- Experience in .Net or Java enterprise application stack
- Should have done hands-on development, design and architecture for multiple clients over the experience years
- Willing to work in a dynamic, fast paced, goal oriented, high growth team
- Experience on delivering end to end a solution on Cloud for customer(s)
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt and implement based on the situational needs
- Interface with senior management to develop, refine, and execute the Cloud strategy and roadmap
- Lead proposal efforts including project approach, solution design, resource planning and cost estimation
- Provides Strategic advice and guidance to the project managers.
- Manage and mentor project team reporting to him/her and review the work done by the team
- Deep dive into technological, people, planning issues as and when required
- Serve as the main driver of the client relationship and project communication
- Estimate, plan, communicate and execute resulting project plans and detailed project tracking controls
- In cooperation with the resource team, identify and secure resources (internal and contract resources as needed) to provide the right mix of expertise and skills for the project
- Manage day-to-day project operations, serving as the functional and domain expert on the project team
- Provide quality oversight on deliverables prepared by the project team before submitting to client
- Provide quality assurance on project documents and client deliverables, including knowledge repository management
- Build and motivate teams by helping individuals maximize their potential
- Conduct team engagement reviews and mentor resources
- Serve as the primary day-to-day client and team contact for the project
- Facilitate client working sessions and leads recurring project status meetings
- Serve as the liaison between internal/external teams and keeps all parties well-informed of relevant project updated, decisions, actions, issues and risks
- Develop long-lasting, trusted advisor relationships with clients
- Provide project oversight and client management, and secure new opportunities within an existing account relationship
- Assist the scrum master in sprint planning
