Job Description
As a Title Insurance Sales Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in promoting and selling closing and title insurance services to clients within the Middle Tennessee area. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with real estate professionals, lenders, and other key stakeholders. Here are the key aspects of the role:
- Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate market.
- Cultivate a dynamic pipeline of prospects, ensuring a steady flow of leads at various sales process stages.
- Conduct sales meetings with prospective realtors, lenders, and investor clients.
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products and services related to title insurance and closing processes.
- Meet and exceed sales metrics by nurturing relationships and closing deals and growing repeat business through customer satisfaction.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Collaborate with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and attorneys to educate them about the services/products offered.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
- Assist clients through the closing process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Generate leads by attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand your professional network.
- Product Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of closing and title products and services.
- Communicate the value proposition effectively to potential clients.
- Conduct training sessions to educate customers and increase sales.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Sales Strategy:
- Create and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to identify target segments and tailor your approach accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams (such as escrow officers, title agents, mangers, and legal professionals) to ensure the seamless processing of client transactions.
- Create customer awareness of title insurance products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and transaction details.
Qualifications & Skills
- Prior experience in real estate sales, title insurance, or related fields is preferred.
- Prior experience in a sales role, regardless of industry, is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex information to clients.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Familiarity with real estate terminology, contracts, and closing procedures.
- Passion for developing leads and prospects.
- Desire to win business and contribute to the team’s success.
Compensation
Competitive base salary plus commission based on performance.
