The Company is currently seeking a Closing Coordinator to ensure the timely closing of the Division's sales.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain on-going communication with home buyers to ensure they fully understand the closing process
• Communicate with loan companies to track the loan statuses of home buyers
• Verify all deposits are made by home buyers; inform management, field and accounting of funds received
• Send correspondence to borrowers and lenders regarding things such as the Company's closing process, co-op letters and final sales numbers
• Coordinate closing appointments with title companies
• Document closing process in company systems
• Oversee all closing documents
• Distribute HUD statements to be used for comps

Qualifications:

• Strong computer skills with an emphasis on Word and Excel
• Excellent customer service skills
• Notary Public or willingness to become one
• Knowledge of residential closing process
• Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to review contracts and closing documents for errors or causes for concern
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and integrity
