About the Job
PathPoint is seeking a part time or full-time Spanish bilingual AMFT Clinician to join our Kids & Families Together division (K&FT) in Ventura, CA. In this role, you will be providing individual and family therapy, assessment, plan development, rehabilitation, and case management services to an assigned caseload of clients, while working closely with social workers and other service providers.

K&FT offers trauma-responsive, attachment-focused support to families, often within the child welfare system, through in-home, office, or telehealth services. We specialize in attachment-based modalities like Trust-Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI®) and provide clinical training and flexible scheduling, allowing clinicians to work partly from home. Schedule: Monday-Friday, with some evening availability. Able to work with families in-home throughout Ventura County.
Compensation:$24.00 per hour and the position's pay range is $24.00 to $27 per hour. The pay range is subject to change based on a variety of factors.

What You'll Do:
- Provide individual and family therapy, assessment, plan development, rehabilitation, and case management services to clients. Complete assessments and assessment tools, treatment plans, and enter notes and all other documentation according to timelines established.
- Provide ongoing assessment of clients' mental health symptoms and responses to treatment, recognize clients in crisis or emotional distress and assist in safety planning.
- Act as agency liaison by consulting, collaborating, and communicating with social workers and all other services providers on the treatment team (with signed releases) to meet client and program objectives; coordinate referrals and assist family in accessing needed resources.
- Maintain Outlook calendar of appointments and share with manager; check email a minimum of twice a day and respond in a timely manner.
- Attend client meetings as requested by social worker, other services providers, client/family, or manager.
What We're Looking For:
- Master's Degree in counseling or clinical psychology; Registered Associate MFT, MSW, or PCC; completed law and ethics training annually as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. Must be legally able to bill Medi-Cal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and oral/written communication skills.
- Well defined organizational and time management skills.
- Able to handle intense situations, display good judgement and decision-making skills, and remain calm and clearheaded under pressure.
- Must have a valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
