Our Other Licensed Practitioner (OLP) Clinicians provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral health needs. We utilize multiple evidence-based practices that promote families' strengths! 

*Bilingual Fluency in English and Spanish is required for this role.* 

Qualifications/Requirements: 

• Master's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related human services field 
• Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, etc.) or a Limited Permit in the state of NY
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting preferred 
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle preferred 
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish

Compensation (Based on experience and credentials) / Hours: 

• Full Time: $50,000 - $60,000 Salary
• $3,000 Stay-on Bonus at the successful completion of probation period for LMSW's and Limited Permit Social Workers and Mental Health Counselors
• $6,000 Stay-on Bonus at the successful completion of probation period for LCSW and LMHC
