• Empowering Health Assessment: Elevate members' wellness journeys with vibrant health assessments, offering guidance and education that sparks lasting transformations.
• ​​​​​​​Holistic Care and Impactful Management: Deliver standout routine care, blending standardized procedures with personalized touches, including physical examinations and screenings.
• ​​​​​​​Follow-up Excellence and Precision Documentation: Bring excitement to every member follow-up, ensuring meticulous documentation that reflects their unique progress and needs.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• California licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
• ​​​​​​​DEA Registration Certificate.​​​​​​​
• ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​OIG Clearance and NPI number
• ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Must be able to meet and receive a background check to include criminal records clearance.
