One of our top clients, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LMFT/LCAT/LMHC)  to provide mental health services to their patients. The Social Worker will work collaboratively with the healthcare team and maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Social Worker Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of patients to identify mental health needs
• Develop treatment plans and provide evidence-based psychotherapy to patients with mental health concerns
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care to patients
• Provide crisis intervention and support to patients and their families during times of acute stress or trauma
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and comply with HIPAA regulations
• Conduct outreach and education to patients and their families regarding mental health resources and services
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices for mental health services
• Attend relevant trainings and maintain current knowledge of mental health treatments, interventions, and resources
• Provide clinical supervision to social work interns or staff as needed

Social Worker Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LMFT/LCAT/LMHC)
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience providing mental health services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of evidence-based psychotherapy interventions and crisis intervention techniques
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
