JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is seeking a Clinical Training Manager for a Vascular Closure Medical Device servicing clients in/around Cleveland, OH. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective use of the device within the cath lab environment. Your primary responsibility will be to educate and train medical professionals, including nurses and physicians, on the proper techniques and procedures for utilizing the Vascular Closure Device.
Key Responsibilities:
? Developing and Maintaining External Relationships: In this role, you will be expected to develop and maintain effective relationships with external partners and stakeholders, including healthcare providers, vendors, and regulatory bodies. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring that partnerships are mutually beneficial and align with the organization’s goals and clinical standards.
? Opening New Clinical Sites: You will play a pivotal role in the setup and operational launch of new clinical sites. This will include coordinating with local healthcare facilities, establishing clinical protocols, and ensuring that new sites adhere to the companies standards of care and compliance. Your travel will be required for hands-on support and to ensure a successful setup at each new location.
? Training and Development of Clinical Staff and Distribution Partners: Ensuring that all clinical staff and distribution partners receive appropriate and ongoing training is critical to this role. You will develop and conduct training programs for both internal clinical teams and external distribution partners, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest clinical practices, technologies, and product knowledge. This training will enable partners to effectively promote and support our products in various regions.
? Assisting in Clinical Program Development: You will actively participate in the development and implementation of clinical programs and services. This will involve collaborating with senior management and other departments to identify opportunities for new services, improve existing ones, and ensure that all clinical programs meet the highest standards of care. Additionally, you will develop marketing and clinical collateral to support clinicians, ensuring they have the necessary resources to effectively implement and promote these programs.
? Monitoring and Evaluating Clinical Programs: You will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of all clinical programs and services. This will involve regularly reviewing performance metrics, patient outcomes, and feedback to ensure that clinical services are achieving desired results and maintaining high-quality standards.
? Addressing Barriers to Quality Clinical Services: In this position, you will also be tasked with identifying and addressing any barriers to delivering quality clinical services. This may include working to improve operational efficiencies, resolving staff or patient issues, and ensuring that the cath lab complies with all relevant regulations and standards.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-Recent medical device experience working in Cath Labs and/or Electrophysiology (EP Labs)
-Knowledge of Cath Lab or EP Lab procedures
-Experience educating and training medical professionals on medical device(s).
-Open to travel covering Cleveland territory (3 hour radius of Cleveland, OH)
-Valid Driver License
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-Experience working with vascular closure devices and/or understanding vascular closure techniques would be highly advantageous.
