Clinical Support Supervisor - Primary Care - Ascension

We Are Hiring:

• Department: STMP Barfield - Primary Care
• Schedule: FT Days
• Location: New Salem Rd

RN preferred. Clinic leadership experience and primary care experience preferred. 

What You Will Do:

Supervise the daily activities of clerical and medical support staff within an assigned area.

• Coordinate daily staffing assignments and staffing levels.
• Provide leadership, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff. Complete performance evaluations and handles disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate patient care with other members of the healthcare team to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
• May participate in direct delivery of care depending on patient census

What You Will Need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 1 year of experience OR 2 years of applicable cumulative job
  specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification and 1 year of experience can be used in lieu of education, if applicable.

Additional Preferences:

RN preferred. Clinic leadership experience and primary care experience preferred.

Salary Description:From $19.87 an hour
