The Clinical Support Specialist will support in overseeing the daily operations of the hospital’s surgical services department. Additionally, they will work closely with hospital management and administration, to provide leadership to the department on a daily basis.

This is a Full-Time position (PT available). 

Copley Hospital has a variety of shifts available across Full-Time, Part-Time, and Temporary needs. Please consider applying to discuss how your availability may align.

• Take meeting notes as appropriate for committees within Perioperative and Emergency Services departments.
• Manage payroll for perioperative and emergency departments.
• Manage calendars for leadership staff.
• Collaborate with Perioperative leadership on special projects, staff scheduling, maintaining perioperative and emergency services records and data, etc.
• Collaborate with Chief Medical Officer as requested.

Key Qualities: We're Looking For

• Proficiency in communication and a willingness to learn.
• Computer proficiency including Excel and Outlook. 
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
