Clinical Supervisor - Residential Recovery Center. - Central City Concern.

The Clinical Supervisor leads a multi-disciplinary team providing person-centered, trauma-informed care in a residential setting. Responsibilities include overseeing assessments, treatment plans, counseling, crisis intervention, and case management. The role requires supervision of various counselors and compliance with mental health regulations.

Location: NEW Residential Recovery Center 16th & Burnside

Salary: $66,000-$124,000 annually, with a potential $10,000 hiring bonus.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• CADC II or above required.
• 2 years post-graduate experience in mental/behavioral health.
• 1 year of supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership.

Essential Duties:

• Ensure compliance with professional standards and client safety.
• Coordinate client activities and treatment planning.
• Provide clinical supervision and performance reviews.
• Facilitate collaboration with community partners.
