Maximus is hiring a Clinical Supervisor to support the IL CACW program (Centralized Assessments for Colbert & Williams). The Clinical Supervisor will lead a team of assessors conducting in-person interviews and evaluations to determine the need for referrals to alternative services for individuals with special and complex needs. The Clinical Supervisor will lead the team in adherence to guidelines in identifying what the person may require to live in the community, assessing their needs, strengths, abilities, preferences, and whether they can safely and successfully transition to community living.
**This is a fully remote position. Periodic travel to the Chicago, IL area may be required

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of employees through cultivation of a high performance team
- Ensure adequate staff coverage for assigned program area
- Serve as subject matter expert for identified area of program knowledge
- Ensure assigned team is meeting contract and individual SLA's, and related requirements
- Work with contract management and shared services to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiencies
- May attend client and stakeholder meetings
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, technical training, or relevant experience in lieu of degree
- Minimum of two years of related experience.
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health or related degree program
or
- An active, unencumbered, and unrestricted State of Illinois or Compact RN license in lieu of a Master's degree
- 5 years of experience working with individuals in medical and/or behavioral health settings
- Experience in performance and compliance management
- Strong communication skills
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Effective in coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing client expectations

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
