About the Job
The Multicultural Outreach Team (MOT) is a multicultural, multilingual, specialized team that understands cultural transitions and provides quality behavioral and mental health services to individuals and their family. The services will help bridge the cultural generational gap with individualized services unique to each family.
The MOT Clinical Supervisor will serve as the primary therapist and contact for our MOT in-home clients and will assist in the daily oversight and operations of the outpatient, in-home therapy, and therapeutic mentoring programs. The MOT Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for the management of the direct care staff along with the content and implementation of in-home treatment plans.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- LICSW, LMFT or LMHC license in Massachusetts- has to be independent license
- Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese
- Master's Degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related field
- Two years minimum experience working with children, youth and families providing direct treatment services
- Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals
- Experience in quality management preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
