Job Details
Responsibilities
- Develop personalized treatment plans for early learners according to our Treatment Model, incorporating measurable goals.
- Analyze client needs using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) science and other relevant assessments.
- Design skill acquisition goals and Behavior Intervention Plans tailored to clients' core deficits and diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Provide ongoing case management and supervision to Behavior Technicians to ensure effective interventions.
- Deliver direct ABA therapy, provide parent education and support, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
Required
- BCBA certification and LBA license.
- 2+ years of experience with children with autism early intervention experience strongly preferred.
- Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, or another related field preferred
- Current CPR/AED and/or BLS certification
