Annual Salary Ranges:
Telehealth/Headquarters/Onsite
- Licensed: $108,576.00 - $123,132.00
- Pre-Licensed: $101,100.00 - $114,456.00
Inpatient Unit (In-person care):
- Licensed: $124,862.40 - $141,601.80
- Pre-Licensed: $116,265.00 - $131,624.40
Recruitment and Retention Bonus:
New clinicians hired within the State of California and providing in-person care will receive a structured bonus starting at 1% in their first year, increasing by 1% each year, up to a maximum of 7% bonus by their seventh year
Work Locations:
Various locations across California, including Northern California Coast, San Francisco Bay Area, Capitol Corridor, and Southern California.

In this role, you will:
- Conduct thorough assessments and summarize case information for diagnosis, treatment, and release planning.
- Formulate diagnoses or collaborate on diagnosis development with the treatment team.
- Develop, monitor, and modify treatment plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary treatment team.
- Provide individual and group therapy and collaborate with other professionals during patient conferences.
- Document and evaluate patient progress throughout treatment.
- Coordinate patient placement with community resources to support with successful reintegration.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid California licensure (pre-licensed Clinical Social Workers may be appointed but must obtain licensure within four years of their start date).
- Master's degree in social work from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.
