Clinical Service Representative (Medical Assistants), Westlake, OH. - University Hospitals Urgent Care.

We are seeking skilled Medical Assistants or EMT-A staff for our Westlake clinic. Candidates must have completed an accredited Medical Assistant or EMT-A program.

Schedule: 9am - 8pm weekdays, 9am - 5pm weekends; 3 shifts/week with rotating weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for examinations and treatments.
• Perform triage and obtain vital signs.
• Document patient history in EMR.
• Collect laboratory specimens and administer medications.
• Start IVs, place catheters, and perform splinting.
• Ensure compliance with health care regulations and maintain confidentiality.
• Perform general office and administrative duties.

Qualifications:

• Completion of a relevant accredited program.
• One year of healthcare experience preferred.
• Proficient in venipuncture and injections.

Licenses & Certifications: Medical Assistant, RN, Paramedic, LPN, or EMT certification preferred.
