Clinical Service Representative (Medical Assistants, Paramedic or EMT-Adv), Willoughby, Ohio. - University Hospitals Urgent Care.

We are seeking compassionate Medical Assistants, Paramedics, or EMT-A for our clinic in Willoughby, OH. Candidates must have completed an accredited Medical Assistant or Paramedic/EMT-Advanced program.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing patients for exams and treatments.
• Performing triage and obtaining vital signs.
• Documenting patient history in EMR.
• Collecting lab specimens and administering medications.
• Starting IVs and performing basic lab procedures.
• Ensuring HIPAA and OSHA compliance.
• Performing general administrative duties.

Qualifications:

• One year of relevant healthcare experience preferred.
• Proficiency in venipuncture and injections.
• Knowledge of clinical procedures and medical anatomy.

Certifications required: Medical Assistant Cert, EMT Certification. Preferred: RN, Paramedic, or LPN Certification.
