Clinical Service Representative - MA - Float. - Beaumont Urgent Care.

We are seeking a full-time, compassionate Medical Assistant or EMT to serve as a "float" across our Wayne, Canton, Garden City, and Dearborn locations. Candidates must have completed an accredited Medical Assistant or EMT-A program.

Schedule: 8am - 8pm, 3 shifts/week, with rotating weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for examinations and assist with treatments.
• Perform triage, obtain vital signs, and document patient history in EMR.
• Collect laboratory specimens and administer medications/injections.
• Start IVs, place catheters, and perform basic lab procedures.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and healthcare regulations.
• Handle general administrative duties and operate medical equipment.

Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited MA or EMT program or relevant certification.
• Two years of healthcare experience preferred; new graduates are welcome.
• Proficient in injections and knowledgeable in clinical procedures.
