Job Summary:
Join our team as a dedicated Clinical Resource Manager (RN, LPN, PT) in our Wound Care Division. In this role, you will blend clinical expertise with sales acumen to promote and educate both internal and external stakeholders on our Advanced Wound Dressings (AWD) and Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT) product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Sales Excellence for employee training, ensuring accurate documentation and identification of training needs.
Attend national conferences and exhibitions to stay updated with industry trends.
Work closely with Marketing and Sales leadership to develop and execute strategies for achieving business goals.
Assist in governmental and payer audits as necessary, collaborating across departments.
Conduct live product trainings and educational programs.
Stay informed about Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance regulations.
Develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and customer base.
Identify areas for educational programs internally and externally and collaborate with relevant stakeholders.
Participate in national, regional, and local sales training meetings and promotional events.
Review and contribute to the development of educational materials, incorporating latest research.
Provide clinical guidance for customer complaints and product issues.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Completion of an accredited program/degree in nursing or physical therapy.
Credentials as a registered nurse (RN), licensed practical nurse (LPN), or physical therapist (PT).
Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or Home Medical Equipment (HME) preferred.
Familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous.
Two years of related work experience preferred.
Wound care experience or advanced certifications preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong analytical skills to understand market needs and opportunities.
Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Demonstrated leadership abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications and internet navigation.
Additional Information:
Travel required approximately 30-50% of the time.
Employment contingent on background investigation, drug screen (if applicable), and possession of a valid driver's license with a clean record (if applicable).
