Job Description
The Clinical Research Nurse has multiple responsibilities related to clinical research studies. These responsibilities may vary according to study protocol. The primary activities include, but are not limited to:
Assisting in the evaluation of new protocols for feasibility at the site
Preparing the site for conduct of the study such as establishing study files and training study related staff
Disseminating study information to physicians and ancillary departments
Preparing the Institutional Review Board submissions performing informed consent process with potential subjects coordinating study conduct throughout the trial screening and recruiting subjects gathering and recording study related data according to protocol
Overseeing drug device accountability maintaining regular communications with sponsors or CROs and IRBs
Collaborating with other SLH departments providing study services.
This position requires RN license in MO & KS.
Job Requirements
Applicable Experience:
2 yearsCert Clinical Research Coordinator - Academy of Clinical Research Professionals, Registered Nurse (KS) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS), Registered Nurse (MO) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS)
Bachelor's Degree
