About the Job
The Oncology Research Coordinator at the St. Christopher's Hospital for Children will be a crucial addition to our strong clinical program. The person in this position will be responsible for facilitating Administrative tasks regarding all oncology research efforts. He/she will report to the Oncology Program Manager on a day to day basis.
- The Research Coordinator coordinates assigned research studies both clinical and non-clinical throughout the regulatory process from initial Institutional Review Board application until protocol closure and maintains the research database.
- The Research Coordinator will provide consistent oversight of the various assigned activities to ensure competent and standardized practices, and assist to coordinate strategies to enhance departmental communication and collaboration.
- Work with children of Oncology group to perform a battery of tests run on computer and paper based.
This role is approximately 85% Administrative, Coordinator and Regulatory and approximately 15% Research to support the Research Team.

- 4 year/Bachelor's Degree

Certification and Licensure
- IRB Certification preferred; Knowledge and familiarity with the IRB process is a plus
