Job Details
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team. This is a permanent position where you will be playing a crucial role in advancing our scientific research endeavors. Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about contributing to the scientific community through the facilitation of clinical research. This role will require a deep understanding of clinical trials, project coordination, and patient care. Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of clinical trials and research studies.
2. Ensure compliance with study protocols and work with the team to develop and implement recruitment strategies.
3. Collect, process, and manage patient data and clinical information according to the Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
4. Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of clinical trials.
5. Maintain accurate and complete records of all clinical trial activities.
6. Act as a liaison between patients, investigators, and the research team.
7. Ensure the well-being and safety of patients and uphold the highest standards of patient care.
8. Assist in the preparation of grants, study-related documents, and reports.
9. Continuously keep up-to-date with advancements in clinical research and trials.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in a scientific or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical research setting, preferably in a coordinator role.
3. Proven experience in managing clinical trials and research projects.
4. Comprehensive knowledge of clinical research protocols, data management, and patient care.
5. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Proficient in clinical research software and database systems.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with a diverse group of professionals and patients.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
9. Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) certification is a plus.
10. Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical research principles.
