About the Job
About the Role:
We are seeking a Clinical Quality Manager to ensure the quality of clinical assessments and documentation, provide feedback to BCBAs, and assist with insurance-related tasks. The role works closely with the Chief Clinical Officer, Clinical Quality Managers, Case Managers, and BCBAs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and provide feedback on assessments and reassessments.
- Ensure assessments meet insurance requirements and correct errors for approval.
- Manage signatures, templates, and updates based on insurance regulations.
- Monitor open authorizations and assist with insurance calls/peer reviews.
- Report regularly to the Director of Assessments, providing monthly assessment updates.
Qualifications:
- BCBA certification and 1+ year of insurance model experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with proficiency in Gmail, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards.

Work Environment:
In office preferred, open to remote candidates
