Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with department leadership to develop and maintain effective Quality Management Systems and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Engage in various quality, performance improvement, risk management, and patient safety initiatives across our healthcare network.
Generate comprehensive quality metrics reports to evaluate the performance of our care teams and identify areas for improvement.
Proactively identify process gaps and propose enhancements, while establishing necessary protocols and documentation to uphold quality standards.
Support data analysis efforts and communicate trends and insights to inform decision-making.
Take ownership of non-conformance reporting and assist in determining appropriate corrective actions.
Facilitate employee training sessions and maintain accurate training records.
Streamline workflows to enhance collaboration among healthcare professionals using our Unified Care platform.
Provide operational support to care teams, ensuring adherence to protocols and serving as a resource for project-related inquiries.
Manage product feedback and complaints, liaising with product and engineering teams as needed.
Engage with patients and providers to gather feedback and provide basic troubleshooting support.
Oversee Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) reporting processes and complaint handling activities.
Lead the orientation and evaluation process for new hires within the care team.
Maintain documentation of care team protocols and workflows, updating as necessary.
Fulfill any additional responsibilities or duties as directed by management, including regulatory compliance activities.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Science, or a related field preferred.
Certification as a Diabetes Educator (CDE) or Registered Dietitian highly desirable.
Minimum of 5 years of clinical quality assurance experience.
Experience working with patients with Diabetes and Hypertension in a clinical setting is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with healthcare workflows.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Proficiency in a second language is a plus.
