One of our top clients is searching for a talented and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing comprehensive mental health services to our community.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and psychological evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for adults (or children/adolescents, if relevant).
- Provide individual and/or family therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Stay up-to-date on evidence-based practices and participate in professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Arizona state licensure as a psychologist.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a clinical setting with adults and children.
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Experience with evidence-based therapy modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a strong commitment to ethical practice.
