Clinical Project Manager Intern - 12 months - Perspectum

About the Job
As the Clinical Project Management Intern you will work closely with the Clinical Project Management team to develop and strengthen their project management skillset and improve understanding of pharmaceutical clinical trials.
The goal is to provide an introduction to operations management and provide exposure to day-to-day management of global clinical trials. Additionally, they will be able to work with other teams and will be introduced to many areas of the company for professional development.
You will need to be able to work collaboratively with team members as well as be able to work independently on study tasks, once properly trained, with the support of the lead clinical project manager.
Duties and responsibilities
- Support the CPJM team with study management and day-to-day operations
- Assist CPJM team with coordination of project activities
- Prepare and maintain relevant study documentation, and documentation filing
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand Perspectum services and capabilities
What we need from you
Essential
- Working towards or have obtained a Bachelor’s degree in human sciences/ biological sciences or similar field
- IT skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Good verbal and written communication
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team
- Well organized with good prioritizing skills
Desirable
- Basic knowledge of clinical trials
- General understanding of US health system and evolving medical technology environment

- Ready and willing to work from our Boston office for a minimum of 3 days a week, as proximity is essential for collaboration.
- Have the capacity to work full-time hours (37.5 hours per week) without requiring US work sponsorship.
- Available to work for the entire 12-month internship period (we are flexible on start dates!)
