This role involves providing clinical and administrative supervision to Mental Health Counselors, developing treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Responsibilities include:

• Recruiting, training, and managing staff performance.
• Collaborating on clinical program development.

• Providing direct mental health services.
