- Salary: $54,704.00 - $90,272.00 per year
Education: Bachelor's degree, OR a High School diploma with a CADC, is needed for this position
Experience: Supervisory experience a supportive environment is expected for this role
What You Will Do:Manage activities and flow of work for the assigned clinical program.
- Develop, implement and evaluate program services and initiatives.
- Hire, train, develop and evaluate staff.
- Assign tasks and prioritize and coordinates work.
- Collaborate with others to assist with problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services, and systems/performance measures.
- Monitor and adhere to budget.
- Approve or monitor expenditures, purchases and other actions to insure compliance with budget guidelines.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
degree/Technical degree with 2 years of experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
