We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join us in our mission to facilitate healing for families in need. As a valued member of our community, you'll play a vital role in providing clinical oversight, mentorship, and guidance to our team, ensuring the highest standards of care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead clinical and administrative operations of the program, maintaining alignment with our mission and values.
Provide mentorship and guidance to our team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Oversee recruitment, hiring, and training processes in collaboration with Human Resources.
Conduct regular staff supervision and performance evaluations, providing feedback and support as needed.
Ensure compliance with licensing and accreditation standards through proper documentation and record-keeping.
Coordinate treatment planning, client care, and discharge processes effectively.
Facilitate training sessions and team meetings, promoting ongoing professional development.
Maintain a safe and supportive environment for both staff and clients, adhering to safety protocols and policies.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize program effectiveness and client outcomes.
Qualifications:
Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
Valid California Driver's license.
Clear background check and child abuse indexes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with teens and in behavioral healthcare settings.
Compensation and Benefits:
Annual salary range: $125,000 - $130,000, with a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000.
