Through our Family Support Services, we help families of youth at risk with complex mental health, behavioral and other needs overcome the challenges they face together. PROGRAM DIRECTOR (Clinical Supervisor)

_Annual Salary: $75,000 -_ _$1,500 Sign on Bonus_

_This is a great role for:_
+ Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist ( LMFT )
+ Licensed Clinical Social Worker ( LCSW )
+ Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor ( LPCC )
_Responsibilities:_
+ Provides leadership for staff, families, and others associated with the service
+ Builds a team of quality mental health professionals
+ Manages daily operations and all service delivery components of the Family Centered Treatment© model with the support of our Area Director, Regional Director, Quality Assurance and Human Resources team
+ Provides supervision to multidisciplinary staff
+ Oversees administrative staff and functions
+ Creates and implements marketing plan and develop business contacts
+ Opportunities for providing Clinical Supervision are available
_Qualifications:_
+ Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Human Services, Psychology or related field
+ State Licensure as Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
+ Drivers license valid for 1 year minimum, car registration, and auto insurance
+ Successful clearance of local and/or state background checks
